Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Spectrum Brief, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Service Description
Spectrum Brief provides a subscription-based platform for digital artists and creative teams to access curated visual styles, moodboards, color palettes, and downloadable reference packs.
Our services include style collections, tool integrations, team collaboration features, and marketplace access for premium creative resources.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through Spectrum Brief, including but not limited to moodboards, color palettes, style guides, and reference materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use downloaded content for their creative projects. Commercial usage rights vary by subscription tier and are detailed in your membership agreement.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Prohibited Uses and Conduct
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: redistributing our content without permission, attempting to reverse engineer our platform, engaging in spam or harassment, and violating intellectual property rights.
Content Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
Content removal decisions are made at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to provide advance notice or explanation for content moderation actions.
Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party creative tools and services. These integrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their availability or functionality.
You acknowledge that third-party services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies that govern your use of those services.
Service Availability and Modifications

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spectrum Brief and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service.
This indemnification obligation includes claims arising from your violation of these terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any content you submit to our platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We may terminate your access for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits related to your use of our service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
